Rental Payment Information
When paying your rent...

We accept rental payments in the form of paper payment - cashier checks, personal checks, money orders, paper currency/cash and online payments through your tenant portal.* You can sign up for your tenant portal here Payment can be made in person (we are in the office from 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday and a mail slot is available if payment is dropped off after hours), through the US Postal Service, or through your bank, who will in turn mail it to our office. 

In order to process your rental payment through your bank, you will need to contact your bank or log into your checking account and set up a bill payment. Be sure to include your rental address in the memo line, input the rent amount, and the date it will need to be mailed to our office.Depending on the printing location of the checks with your bank, please allow 5 business days for the payment to reach our office. If rent is due on the first, please request for your bank to mail the check by the 25th, at the latest. Our mailing address is 3000 Bethesda Place, Suite 603, Winston Salem, NC 27103. 

Per your lease, page 2, paragraph 2, rent is due the first day of the month, with a five day grace period. By the sixth of each month, if rent has not been received at our office, a 5% late fee will be applied to your account and must be paid in full at the time rent is received.
